Alexander Gerunov master-class in karate WKF.
World and Europe Champion in WKF Karate, individual and team kumite.

Master-class is performed by and under control of SANKER Youth Martial Arts Club.

Training plan:

June 4 (friday)

9.00 – 11.00 Movements in kumite. Power and contrast. Distance shortening. Break the spirit of.
15.00 – 17.00 Punch techniques. Assault actions. Sen-o-sen (counterblow) preparation. Sen-o-sen (counterblow) techniques.

June 5 (saturday)

10.00 – 12.00 Kick techniques. Assault actions. Sen-o-sen (counterblow) preparation. Sen-o-sen (counterblow) techniques.
16.00 – 18.00 Theory and practical exercises for using all tatami surface. Tatami control.

June 6 (sunday)

10.00 – 12.00 Distance sense exercises.
16.00 – 18.00 Level changing for technique. Discussion and practical exercises for using all level attacks. How to apply that in fighting.

Master-Class participation conditions:

Age - 12 year old or upwards.
All master-class entrant must be equipped following the WKF Rules (white color karategi, shin-pad & foot protector).

Transfer, accomodation and food for the master-class participants performed by themselves.

Participants registration will perform June 3 2010, from 14:00 till 17:00, "Sanker Dojo", 18 Antonovskaja str, Minsk or June 4 2010, Belorussian State University of Physical Culture and Sport, Graeco-Roman wrestling gym, from 8:30 till 9:00.

Master-Class price:
Single training - 15 euro
Three trainings - 40 euro
Six trainings - 60 euro
