April 5-6, 2014 in Minsk will held 4 stage of the Minsk City Karate League season 2013-2014. "Open Karate Championship of Partyzanski district of Minsk karate among children, cadets, juniors and students."

Goals

Promotion of healthy lifestyles among young people.
Mastering sporting athletes, coaches, judges Minsk.
Popularization of karate in Minsk.
Strengthening of friendly relations between organizations cultivate karate.
Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency.
Analysis of the effectiveness of the training of judges, coaches and athletes of MKF on the basis of competitions results.

Host

The tournament is organized by the Association "Minsk Karate Federation." Direct carrying competition rests on the referee panel of the competition:

  Head Secretary – Elena Senko.

Female individual: 7-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-20

Referees

Competitions will be served by referees of Association "MKF", as well as guest judge. 18.01.2014 Referee Commission of MKF will held teaching and methodical referee seminar on the rules WKF (8.0), based on the results of which will be formed the referee pool to serve the tournament. Referee who have not passed a seminar will be no allowed to work at the tournament. All referees and judges working at the tournament, will be provided with food.

17.00-20.00 – Judges seminar chaired by the President of the Association "IFC", Pavel Piatiko, WKF rules for version 8.0.
April 6 2014: 11 Bieruta str, Minsk, "Spartak" sportcomplex (map).
8.00-8.45 – credentials committee
8.45-9.00 – briefing for referees and judges;
9.00-10.15 – competitions in categories for Students;
10.15-13.45 – competitions in categories: age 7,8,9 and 10-11 ;
13.45-14.00 – Official opening of tournament and awarding;
14.00-14.30 – break;
14.30-18.00 – competitions in categories: age 12-13, 14-15, 16-17;
18.00-18.45 – Final bougts in categories: age 12-13, 14-15, 16-17;
18.45-19.00 – Awarding and closing of tournament;
19.00-19.30 – meeting for referees, judges and teams representatives.

Awarding

Championship winners and runners are awarded medals and diplomas. Participants of the tournament, taking place from first to fourth, earn points in the rating of League. First place - 10 points, second place - 6 points, third place - 4 points, fourth place - 2 points.

Admission terms

Entry donation to the League is the equivalent of 20 euros (paid when joining the League in Belarusian rubles at the exchange rate of the National Bank on the date of payment to the account of the Association "MKF") . Athletes of invited organizations can not pay their entry donation to the League and take part in competitions League, paying only a donation for the organization phase, they took a part in. Charitable contribution to the organization of the Championship: for athletes of participating organizations of the Association "MKF" is the equivalent of 10 euros per participant for the performance in two categories (kata and kumite their age group). For athletes of invited organizations is 10 euros per participant for the performance in each section (paid in Belarusian rubles at the exchange rate of the National Bank) . All athletes of Association "MKF" up to Cadet age group (14-15 years), inclusive, and certainly act in kata and kumite .

All expenses for the secondment shall be covered by the sending organizations .

Application form

In the credentials committee served nominal application standard pattern stamped by the sending organization, stamped and signed by a physician on the admission of athletes to compete or health insurance. All responsibility for the health of athletes and their claimed medical admission to the competition falls on the head of the organization, the coach and the team representative. Application is valid only if the identity documents of athletes will be provided. Preliminary applications should be sent no later than 04.04.2014, at the e-mail address ra_ra@gmail.com and a copy to sportcommfk@tut.by.
