Training plan:
September 30
9.00 – 11.00 Kamae. Functions and role of fighting kamae. Exercises for kamae. .
16.00 – 18.00 Movement on tatami. Meaning and role of fighting movement. Kinds of step and movement. Exercises for movement in fighting.
October 1
9.00 – 11.00 Speed. Speed function during the fight. Speed cultivating exercises.
15.00 – 17.00 Arm and punch technique. Preparatory exercises. Main combinations. Hints for application and execution.
October 2
9.00 – 11.00 Stage of preparation for kick technique. Review and execution technique of the main fighting attacks.
15.00 – 17.00 Distance. Overall distance concept. Preparatory exercises for distance perception.
Master-Class participation conditions:
Participants qualification high than 4th kiy. Age - 12 year old or upwards.
All master-class entrant must be equipped following the WKF Rules (white color karategi, shin-pad & foot protector).
Transfer, accomodation and food for the master-class participants performed by themselves.
Video recording denied!
Gym capacity limited. Organization Board ask for the preliminary registration and enter request with amount of sportsmens from your club/federation.
Participants registration will perform September 29 2009, from 14:00 till 17:00, "Sanker Dojo", 18 Antonovskaja str, Minsk or October 30,Belorussian State University of Physical Culture and Sport, Graeco-Roman wrestling gym, from 8:30 till 9:00.
Master-Class price:
Single training - 15 euro
Three trainings - 40 euro
Six trainings - 60 euro
